Are you taking the bus? You’ll be leaving on Friday, March 19.
As we offer a fully organised trip, it is not possible to adjust the duration or itinerary. However, you are free to extend your trip independently by spending a few extra days on site afterwards, for example, or continuing your journey to another country.

Er zijn appartementen voor 2, 4, 5, 6 & 8 personen, uitgerust met een badkamer en een volwaardige keuken. Ze liggen allemaal op wandelafstand van de skilift en pistes in een van de 4 sfeervolle dorpjes van Les Arcs 1800. (Le Chantel, Le Charvet, Les Villards en Charmettoger).
The target audience is 25 and up. Since Meltdown takes place outside the school holidays, we skip the big student crowds and mainly attract a great crowd of working twenty- and thirtysomethings. A little younger? No problem, everyone’s welcome.
De waarborg bedraagt €150 per persoon en dient een paar weken voor vertrek te worden voldaan. Indien er geen schade, boetes of geluidsoverlast zijn vastgesteld, wordt het bedrag binnen 20 dagen na afloop van je reis automatisch teruggestort.
De reguliere inschrijvingen openen op [DATUM] om [TIJD]. Als je vooraf bent gepreregistreerd, kan je je al 48 uur eerder inschrijven op [DATUM] om [TIJD].
Als je appartement niet volledig bezet is, betaal je een toeslag van €250 per leegstaand bed (met een maximum van 1 leeg bed per appartement). Zorg er daarom voor dat je appartement binnen 48 uur na de eerste inschrijving volledig gevuld is om te voorkomen dat de organisatie je een kleiner appartement toewijst of de toeslag aanrekent.
De reisbijstandsverzekering via Europ Assistance (€48) dekt onverwachte medische kosten, pech en noodhulp tijdens je verblijf op de bestemming.
Right after your registration, you must pay a deposit to confirm your trip. After that, you still have until the check-in date to modify your options and pay the remaining balance.
There are various payment options, including Bancontact, Mastercard, iDeal. If you have a Travelbase voucher, you can use it as well.
If your payment fails, it is likely due to an incorrect reference number or exceeding your account limit.
Depending on availability, you can add or remove most options until the check-in date. Generally, we follow a first-come, first-served principle, so early decision-makers are at an advantage.
It is always possible to cancel your trip. You can find the general cancellation conditions here. You can also rely on the Superflex cancellation conditions. More info under the FAQ ‘What are the Superflex cancellation conditions?
When making a booking, you can choose how much flexibility you want. Check the different booking conditions, as well as the corresponding payment, modification and cancellation conditions.
The Superflex cancellation conditions are available for anyone who books early.
You can reschedule your trip to another period within the same season (depending on availability) or cancel for free before a certain date, which is clearly stated on the registration form.
If the deadline to use the Superflex conditions has passed, the general cancellation conditions apply.
Je skipas voor [SKIDESTINATION] is geldig vanaf [STARTDATUM] tot en met [EINDDATUM] ([AANTAL] dagen). Als je met eigen vervoer komt en op zaterdag al wilt skiën, kan je ter plaatse een extra dagpas aanschaffen.

Ja, de lessen voor beginners en halfgevorderden worden gegeven door ervaren, officiële skimonitoren in het Engels of Frans.
De lessen voor gevorderden zijn onder voorbehoud van voldoende deelnemers. Optioneel kan je ook rechtstreeks bij de lokale skischool [SKISCHOOL_NAAM] lessen boeken.
Je kan tot uiterlijk 3 weken voor vertrek los materiaal of een complete set toevoegen aan je inschrijving via je persoonlijke account.

The bus departs from Belgium or the Netherlands on Friday, March 20, so you’ll arrive in Avoriaz on Saturday, March 21 .
We’ll share the exact departure time later. We usually aim to leave around midnight.
The bus heads back home on Saturday morning, March 27, so you’ll definitely be home again by Saturday evening. Pick-up points:
Would you like to bring your own ski or snowboard gear on the bus? You can do so for just € 19. Make sure you can store your gear safely and neatly. Loose items are not accepted.
When you sign up, you can choose your preferred bus pickup location. We’ll do our best to make sure everyone can board at their chosen stop. However, this depends on the number of seats available on each bus, which doesn’t always perfectly match the number of people wanting to board at a particular location.
Two weeks before departure, you’ll be able to claim your exact bus. This is done when you pay the security deposit.
Avoriaz is a car-free ski resort. There are several covered and outdoor car parks where you can leave your car.
All our apartments are located in Avoriaz 1800, spread throughout the resort. You’ll only find out the exact building shortly before arrival.
Please note: parking in Avoriaz is fairly expensive for a week, so be sure to factor this in beforehand. You can expect to pay around € 100 per week on average.
Je kan je voorkeur aangeven tijdens het boeken en zal je definitieve opstapplaats en bus 2 weken voor vertrek kunnen bevestigen.

Ja, je mag je eigen ski- of snowboardmateriaal meenemen op de bus voor een toeslag van €19. Zorg ervoor dat het materiaal stevig en netjes verpakt is; losse onderdelen worden niet toegelaten.
